When the magic is fading away…
Embarking on a journey of self-improvement, whether through Ayahuasca ceremonies or other means, can be a profound and transformative experience.
However, many people find themselves struggling to maintain the positive changes they’ve worked so hard to achieve.
Understanding the underlying reasons for this phenomenon can help us navigate the path to lasting transformation.
Deeply ingrained patterns and habits are a significant challenge. The work done during an Ayahuasca ceremony can shine a light on destructive patterns and behaviors, but shifting these deeply rooted parts of ourselves takes sustained effort.
Old habits can easily reassert themselves if we don’t put in the ongoing inner work.

Lack of integration and application of insights is another barrier.
The insights and realizations experienced during the ceremony may not be properly integrated into one’s daily life and habits. Without a clear plan to apply the lessons learned, it’s easy for people to slip back into their usual ways of being.
That’s why its important to prioritize time for oneself starting in the morning. Cleaning our bodies, meditating, exercising, fasting or eating healthy food, sleeping enough hours, stopping destructive habits such drinking alcohol, smoking…

Underlying mental health or trauma issues that require more comprehensive and long-term therapeutic work, beyond just the ceremony itself, can also hinder lasting change.
People that has experienced sexual abussed could bring back the memory or re experience the abuse and its important to continue therapy after this. Sometimes our subconscious locks these memories and plants can bring this information. Its always important to check every information we recived couple of times to confirm. I have experienced sometimes people can be misguided by entities by giving their holster information that can confused them. That’s why I had supported my journey with other therapies sometimes I had consulted psyquics, several ones, without giving them details just to to check with my spiritual guides certain information before being hundred percent sure about certain information given to me.
Some mental health issues can also be caused by entities please check my blog for more articles about entities.
Environmental and social triggers that pull people back into old familiar patterns, habits and coping mechanisms, especially if their support system or lifestyle doesn’t change, can be another challenge.
Unrealistic expectations about the transformative power of a single ceremony can also be problematic. Sustainable change often requires consistent inner work over an extended period of time.

Insufficient follow-up care and integration guidance from the Ayahuasca facilitators or practitioners can also be a hindrance. Ongoing support is key for anchoring the insights and changes.
It is important to understand that most Ayahuasca shamans may be spiritual guides but they may not have the same experience of giving support as a professional psychologist or therapist. Many times after undergoing traumas and when healing, being listened and realising through talking and sharing is what is need it to continue clearing the chakras once they have been open.
The complexity of change is a fundamental issue.
We are the sum of our experiences, both past and present, and the patterns that have become ingrained in our lives don’t simply disappear with a single intervention. Change requires a multifaceted approach, addressing various aspects of our lives, from the emotional and psychological to the physical and spiritual.

The importance of community and support cannot be overstated. Having a network of individuals who understand our struggles and can offer encouragement, guidance, and accountability can be invaluable in fostering and sustaining lasting change.
Consistency and commitment are also crucial.
Lasting change, much like achieving a fit body, requires consistent effort and commitment. Developing a daily practice, whether it’s meditation, journaling, or engaging in self-reflective exercises, can help reinforce the new patterns and behaviors we’re trying to establish.
Addressing the root causes, such as past traumas, unresolved emotional issues, or subconscious beliefs, can also help us break free from the cycle of old patterns.

Embracing a holistic approach that encompasses various aspects of our lives, including our physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being, can create a stronger foundation for sustained transformation.
Overcoming old patterns and achieving lasting change is a challenging but rewarding journey. By acknowledging the complexities involved, seeking out supportive communities, committing to consistent effort, addressing root causes, and adopting a holistic approach, we can increase our chances of successfully navigating the path of personal growth and self-improvement.
